Happy Birthday, Sis

 

This is a card I made for my sister , her birthday is the day after Valentines Day. So I thought I would use red as the primary color. I used the Crafters Companion Stamp - S.W.A.L.K - My Sister. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Markers. Here are the colors I used:

The sentiment is also from the stamp set. I added a little Glossy Accents by Ranger to the eyes to make them shine. I added some red and blue glitter glue to the hair ribbons and top of outfits.

The red and white paper is from Recollections and the blue paper is Creating Keepsakes. I used a Martha Stewart Punch and added some red gems at the top and bottom I fussy cut out the girls and added them to the card with some foam dots from Recollections. I found a site with the most adorable digi images ever. It is Saturated Canary! You really need to check out what Krista Smith has over there, they are amazing. The one I used here caught my eye immediately, it reminded me of my granddaughters. It is called Haley and Harley.

I colored this little cutie with Spectrum Noir Markers. I added a little Glossy Accents by Ranger to her shoes, the heart and the flower headband. I added some Stickles by Ranger to the clouds in the sky. I stamped the sentiment with a stamp from Studio112 with VersaMark and red embossing powder. Then added some gems from PaperStudio. The ribbon is from Craft Smart. Paper Roses are from my stash. The leaves were cut with a Sizzix Die.
